You need lotus flower, candle and three incense sticks which use to worship the buddha image at the temple. First, prostrate in front of the Buddha image three times then put the flowers in the vase. After that, light the candle and put it in the candle holder. Finally, light those incense sticks and hold them between your palms while paying respect to the Buddha image, then put them into to the urn.
